Michael Ready

Attorney Michael Ready is a Partner of RKM Law with experience representing parties in civil jury trials since 1987 in the Superior and District Courts of the Commonwealth. He has also practiced extensively at the Department of Industrial Accidents.Attorney Ready is a former co-chair of the Massachusetts Bar Association Workers' Compensation Practice Group with over 20 years' experience successfully handling hundreds of cases before the Department of Industrial Accidents including prevailing on appeals to the Reviewing Board and Appeals Court. He has also served as one of the architects of regulatory changes to 452 C.M.R. 1.00, the adjudicatory rules of the Department of Industrial Accidents.Attorney Ready has been selected by his peers for inclusion in Best Lawyers in America® as a noted practitioner in Workers' Compensation Law for 2014 (He has been selected every year since 2007).
