Competent estate planning, but communication could improve

We engaged Michael Griffin to update our family's estate plan and create a trust for our small business. His expertise in closely held companies and trusts is evident, and his recognition by Best Lawyers is well-deserved. The final documents were thorough and professionally prepared. However, the process felt somewhat impersonal. Response times to emails were occasionally slower than expected, and we sometimes had to follow up for updates.
