A Lifeline During a Complex Business Dispute
When our small manufacturing company was embroiled in a contract dispute with a major supplier, the situation threatened to cripple our operations. We needed counsel who could navigate the intricacies of commercial litigation without losing sight of the practical business outcome. Michael Cherba was exactly that. His background with Riezman Berger's Litigation Department, specifically his focus on complex commercial matters, was immediately evident. He didn't just see the legal arguments; he understood the financial and operational pressures we were under. Michael meticulously deconstructed the opposing party's claims, guided us through a strategic discovery process, and consistently communicated options in clear, actionable terms. His substantial experience in related areas like consumer protection also proved invaluable when tangential issues arose. The result was a highly favorable settlement that preserved our business relationships and protected our bottom line. Michael’s blend of sharp legal acumen, pragmatic advice, and genuine commitment to our success was exceptional. For any business facing litigation or complex legal challenges in the Denver area, I cannot recommend Michael Cherba more highly.
