Expert guidance through a complex business restructuring

Our manufacturing company in Indianapolis faced severe financial distress, and we turned to Michael O'Neil at Taft. His 39 years of experience, particularly in business workouts and restructuring, were immediately evident. He expertly guided us through a debt refinancing and operational turnaround, referencing strategies honed since his start in 1986. His recognition as a 'Lawyer of the Year' in related fields is well-deserved. Michael's strategic thinking was invaluable, and he explained complex bankruptcy-adjacent issues with clarity. While his billing structure is standard for his expertise, communication from his support staff could occasionally be slower during non-critical phases. Overall, he provided the steady, knowledgeable hand we desperately needed.
