I engaged Michael Faith of Faith Law PLC to assist with a complicated commercial property purchase in Goodyear that involved a challenging title issue and a tight closing window. His deep expertise was immediately apparent. As a Board Certified Real Estate Specialist with over 17 years of practice, he navigated the complexities with a calm, methodical approach that instilled great confidence. His recognition in publications like AZ Magazine's Top Attorneys and his AV Preeminent rating were clearly reflected in the quality of his work; he anticipated problems I hadn't even considered and drafted airtight contingencies. The transaction closed successfully, largely due to his diligent oversight. My only minor critique is that during the initial peak of the process, response times to emails could occasionally stretch to a full business day, which caused some anxiety given our timeline. However, his associate was always available for urgent matters. Overall, Mr. Faith's extensive background, from his business management degree to his specialized certification, makes him an exceptionally capable attorney. I would not hesitate to recommend him for any significant real estate or general legal need in the West Valley.
