Expert guidance on our LLC formation and operating agreement

Michael O'Sullivan at Neubert, Pepe & Monteith provided excellent counsel as we established our new small business. His dual focus on business organizations and commercial litigation was evident; he drafted a comprehensive operating agreement that anticipated potential disputes. His recognition in these areas is well-deserved. Michael was patient, explaining complex concepts clearly. The process took slightly longer than initially projected, but the thoroughness was worth it. For any New Haven entrepreneur needing foundational legal work, I confidently recommend his services.
