A consummate professional who delivers exceptional results

When our regional healthcare network faced a complex regulatory compliance issue with the FDA, we turned to Michael Cherniga. His deep, 44-year expertise in health care law was immediately apparent. Mike didn't just cite regulations; he provided strategic, business-focused counsel that navigated the nuances of the situation with remarkable foresight. His leadership role as Co-Chair of Greenberg Traurig's Health & FDA Practice meant he had the full resources of a top firm at his disposal, yet he remained our direct, accessible point of contact. The outcome was not only favorable but also positioned us better for future operations. His repeated recognition as 'Lawyer of the Year' is clearly well-earned. For any serious health care legal matter, Mike is the definitive choice.
