These transactions involve complex legal and business issues as the parties attempt to adapt to changes in health care regulations and economics.Private EquityI handle all phases of a private equity firm’s investment in a portfolio company including add-on acquisitions and exit transactions. Most recently, my focus has honed in on investments in health care management companies, which requires a deep understanding of the health care laws and regulations that place restrictions on certain PE investments.
