The legal advice was sound, and his knowledge of regulatory frameworks was impressive, particularly given his background at the University of Pennsylvania. However, communication delays and longer-than-expected wait times for responses sometimes created unnecessary stress. At times, I wished for more proactive updates on our case. Overall, Michael is a capable attorney, but better communication would have made the experience smoother. I'd recommend him with the caveat that clients should clarify expectations upfront to avoid frustration.
