Competent on antitrust, but communication could improve

Mr. Hausfeld's deep expertise in antitrust law, built over his decades of practice, was evident during our consultation regarding a potential class action. His recognition in the field is well-deserved. However, for a firm of this caliber, I expected more proactive updates. There were periods of silence during the initial assessment phase that were frustrating. The legal strategy he outlined was sound, but managing client expectations on process and timelines felt like an area for improvement. A capable attorney, but the client experience was merely adequate.
