Competent on the case, but communication was inconsistent

I hired Mike Wilson at Munck Wilson Mandala for a business dispute that involved contract and intellectual property issues. His background in commercial litigation and his recognition in those fields were key factors in my decision. When it came to the legal strategy and filings, his experience from his seven years of practice was evident, and he was knowledgeable about the procedural aspects in Texas courts. The outcome of our matter was ultimately satisfactory. However, the experience was mixed. There were periods where communication was slow, and responses to emails could take several days, which was stressful. At times, I felt I had to follow up to get updates on case developments. While his legal acumen is solid, the client service aspect—managing expectations and maintaining consistent contact—felt just adequate. He is a capable attorney who knows the law, but the overall client experience could be more streamlined.
