I hired Michael B. Weinberg for a complex product liability case, and his extensive experience—spanning 45 years—was evident in his approach. He handled the intricacies of the case with a level of expertise that matched his well-deserved recognition in insurance and construction law. However, while his knowledge was top-tier, communication was occasionally slow, and I often felt like I was playing catch-up on case developments. The wait times for responses to emails and calls were noticeable, though I appreciate that he was upfront about his heavy caseload. His strategic insights during negotiations were valuable, particularly when navigating the defenses in product liability litigation. Overall, I’d recommend him for his legal acumen but would advise setting clear expectations upfront about responsiveness. Adequate, but not outstanding.
