Megan Farrell at Nelson Mullins handled a contract dispute for my small business. The core legal work was solid. She clearly knows her way around commercial litigation, which aligns with her recognition in that field. Her analysis of our supplier agreement was thorough, and she drafted a strong response that ultimately led to a favorable settlement. However, the experience was mixed on the client service front. There were periods where responses to emails took several days, and updates weren't as proactive as I would have liked. At times, it felt like I had to follow up to get status reports, which added some unnecessary stress. While I never doubted her legal capability or the firm's resources in Philadelphia, managing client expectations around communication seems to be an area for improvement. For straightforward matters where you need capable counsel, she is a good option, but be prepared to be patient or assertive in seeking updates. The result was positive, but the process could have been smoother.
