His real estate practice focuses on representing purchasers and sellers in the sale of improved and unimproved real property, including title and survey review and the preparation of conveyance and financing documents. Mr. Luensmann also has experience representing landlords and tenants in retail, office, and industrial lease transactions.Mr. Luensmann also represents lenders and borrowers in interim, permanent, reserve-based, and other types of financing transactions.
