Expert guidance through a complex construction dispute

Our company faced a significant payment dispute with a project owner that threatened our operations. Matt O'Connor's deep knowledge of construction law and his practical approach were invaluable. He navigated the complex commercial litigation process with precision, securing a favorable settlement without the need for a protracted trial. His recognition in commercial litigation is well-deserved. Matt is not only a sharp legal strategist but also communicates clearly, making a stressful situation manageable. I highly recommend him to any contractor seeking expert counsel.
