Indispensable Counsel for Our Town's Complex Legal Challenges

Our town board engaged Matt Serge to navigate a particularly contentious land use appeal that involved overlapping zoning ordinances and a significant affordable housing component. With 26 years of experience, Matt immediately demonstrated a masterful command of New Hampshire municipal law. His role as Practice Group Leader at Drummond Woodsum was evident in the strategic depth he brought to our case. He didn't just react to the opposition; he anticipated challenges and built a defensible position grounded in statute and precedent. His recognition in litigation is well-deserved. Matt translated complex legal concepts for our non-attorney board members with clarity and patience, ensuring we were informed partners in the process. The result was a favorable settlement that protected the town's interests and established a clear framework for future development. He is the epitome of a trusted advisor—professional, exceptionally knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in our community's well-being.
