His experience includes arbitration representation and complex litigation management from investigation through trial and appeal, including complex defect claims, delay claims, payment disputes, bond claims, and insurance coverage matters.In his transactional practice, Matt structures and negotiates complex, sophisticated construction and commercial agreements, including joint development agreements, manufacturing agreements, and purchase and sale contracts. He also has experience representing major real estate investment funds, on behalf of which he has handled commercial lease negotiations and other transactions.While in law school, Matt served an internship for the Honorable Cecilia Altonaga of the US District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
