Good but could improve on follow-up

Matthew R. Cook handled my personal injury case with knowledge and dedication. While he clearly understood the legal process and fought for a fair settlement, I found his communication could be more consistent. There were times I waited longer than expected for updates, which added unnecessary stress. His expertise in general practice was evident, especially in navigating the complexities of my claim. Overall, I appreciate his efforts but hope future clients experience smoother communication.
