Capable but Improved Communication Needed

I worked with Matthew Morey on a business reorganization matter, and while his expertise in corporate and partnership law was evident, I found the communication during the process could have been more timely. His background at Lipsitz Green Scime Cambria LLP and his recognition as a Best Lawyers in America recipient for Business Organizations were reassuring, and he clearly understood the complexities of my case. However, I often had to follow up to get updates, and responses to emails or calls weren’t always prompt. The final outcome was solid—especially given his 17 years of experience—but the overall experience might have been smoother with more proactive check-ins. I’d recommend him for his legal acumen, but clients should be prepared for a bit of a follow-up process.
