Competent and experienced, but communication could improve

We engaged Matthew Fischer at Riley Safer Holmes & Cancila for a complex product liability defense matter. His deep experience, spanning over three decades, and his recognition in Best Lawyers for Mass Tort and Class Action defense were evident. He clearly understood the intricate legal landscape and his strategy was sound. However, our experience was mixed. While the legal work was technically proficient, we sometimes experienced significant delays in receiving updates or responses to our inquiries. For a firm of this caliber, we expected more proactive communication. His expertise is undeniable, but the client service aspect felt just adequate. He successfully resolved our case, but the process required more follow-up on our end than anticipated.
