Matthew Susman provided excellent counsel for our business's new commercial lease in Bridgeport. His deep knowledge of real estate and commercial transactions, honed over four decades, was immediately apparent. He efficiently navigated complex UCC and financing clauses, clearly explaining every detail. His recognition in commercial law is well-deserved. While his response time could occasionally be quicker given his busy practice, the quality of his work was outstanding. We felt completely secure with his strategic advice and highly recommend him for business legal matters.
