Competent but communication could be more consistent

Mary Schultz handled my wrongful termination case with clear expertise, and her 22 years of experience in labor law were evident. She secured a fair settlement. However, there were periods where updates were infrequent, and responses to emails sometimes took several days. While her recognition as Lawyer of the Year speaks to her skill, the client experience felt a bit transactional at times.
