Competent but communication could be more consistent

However, there were periods where updates were infrequent, and responses to emails sometimes took several days. While her recognition as Lawyer of the Year speaks to her skill, the client experience felt a bit transactional at times. For straightforward employment matters, she is a capable attorney, but manage your expectations on communication.
