Martha is exceptionally sharp, explains complex legal concepts clearly, and was a steadfast advocate during negotiations. Her work was instrumental in securing a favorable settlement before trial. The only slight critique, and the reason for 4 instead of 5 stars, is that during particularly intense periods, communication could sometimes lag by a day. That said, when she did connect, her updates were thorough and valuable. I would confidently recommend her for sophisticated commercial litigation needs.
