Mark Moran handled a complex construction defect claim for my company. His deep experience, especially his recognition by Super Lawyers in construction litigation, was evident in his strategic approach. He clearly knows the law and the Dallas market. However, for a partner with over 30 years of experience, I expected more proactive updates. There were periods of silence, and responses to emails sometimes took longer than ideal. The legal work itself was solid and he achieved a reasonable settlement, but the client service aspect felt just adequate. He’s undoubtedly skilled, but managing client expectations is an area for improvement.
