Former two-term Democratic U.S. senator and Arkansas attorney general. Guides clients through sensitive state AG matters and congressional investigations. In 1998, he was elected attorney general of Arkansas, where he toughened laws against drunk drivers, enacted legislation to protect children on the Internet, prohibited unwanted telemarketing calls and helped establish an alert system to locate missing and exploited children.
