A consummate professional with decades of real estate expertise

Our company recently engaged in a complex, multi-party acquisition of a waterfront development site in Miami. The transaction involved intricate financing structures, zoning considerations, and negotiations with a public entity. We turned to Mark Aronson at Holland & Knight based on his long-standing reputation. With 47 years of legal experience, including three decades focused specifically on commercial real estate, his depth of knowledge was immediately apparent. Mark didn't just review documents; he anticipated challenges we hadn't considered, drawing on his extensive work for developers and institutional lenders. His guidance through the due diligence and closing process was meticulous and strategic. We were particularly impressed by his calm, steady demeanor during tense negotiations—his AV Preeminent rating is clearly well-earned. The deal closed successfully, on time, and with terms more favorable than we initially hoped. Mark’s recognition in areas like Real Estate Law and Leisure and Hospitality Law isn't just a line on a profile; it reflects a practical, results-oriented understanding of these industries. For any significant commercial real estate matter in Florida, especially one with the complexities of the South Florida market, Mark Aronson is the attorney you want in your corner. His blend of historical perspective and current market acumen is invaluable.
