Mark W. Wiseman is a director and shareholder of Cleveland, Waters and Bass, P.A. in Concord, where he focuses his practice in Workers' Compensation, Personal Injury, and Insurance law. He has litigated contested workers' compensation claims, contested civil cases and appellate work including numerous oral arguments at New Hampshire Supreme Court and he has several published opinions. He graduated summa cum laude from the University of New Hampshire in 1983 and earned his JD from Boston College Law School in 1986. Mr. Wiseman is a member of the American Bar Association and the New Hampshire Bar Association. He served as the Chairman of the Zoning Board of Adjustment for the Town of Derry, NH from 1997-2007. He is on the Steering Committee to Revise Town of Derry Master Plan and is past president of the Russell Drive Property Owners Association.
