A formidable advocate during a complex regulatory investigation

When our company faced a daunting multi-agency regulatory investigation, we turned to Mark Seltzer at Nixon Peabody. His deep experience in government enforcement actions was immediately evident. Mark masterfully navigated the complexities of the case, coordinating our response to both federal and state inquiries. His background in white-collar defense and commercial litigation meant he anticipated challenges we hadn't even considered. Mark was not only a brilliant strategist but also a calming presence, explaining each step with clarity. The result was a favorable resolution that avoided litigation entirely, protecting both our corporate reputation and key executives. His recognition in legal directories is well-deserved. Mark is the attorney you want in your corner when the stakes are highest.
