Our family-owned manufacturing company faced significant financial distress, and we turned to Mark Cress for guidance. His deep experience in bankruptcy and creditor rights, honed over nearly four decades, was immediately evident. He didn't just handle the legal mechanics; he provided strategic counsel that considered our long-term viability. His recognition as a 'Lawyer of the Year' in this field is well-deserved. Mark and his team at Bulkley Richardson expertly navigated negotiations with our bank and key suppliers, leading to a successful reorganization. While his expertise is top-tier, communication from his support staff could occasionally be delayed during peak periods. Overall, Mark's blend of corporate law and financial restructuring knowledge was invaluable in saving our business.
