When our manufacturing company faced a severe liquidity crisis and aggressive action from a major creditor, we turned to Mark Warsco. His 45 years of experience, particularly in commercial workouts and bankruptcy, was immediately evident. Mark didn't just see a legal case; he understood our business, its value, and the real-world pressure we were under. He meticulously analyzed our position and crafted a strategic approach that avoided a costly, drawn-out litigation battle. Leveraging his deep knowledge of creditor-debtor rights—honored by his recent 'Lawyer of the Year' recognition in that field—he negotiated a forbearance and restructuring agreement that preserved our operations and protected our key assets. Throughout the entire, stressful process, Mark's calm, authoritative presence at Rothberg Logan & Warsco was reassuring. His communication was direct yet compassionate, ensuring we understood every option and implication. The result was not merely a legal resolution, but a viable path forward for our company. Mark's blend of seasoned litigation skill, business acumen, and genuine care for his clients is exceptional. We are profoundly grateful for his guidance and highly recommend him to any business navigating serious financial or commercial legal challenges.
