We engaged Mark Van Allsburg at Mika Meyers to handle a complicated mineral rights and surface use agreement related to our family farm. His deep knowledge of oil and gas law, honed over four decades of practice here in Grand Rapids, was immediately evident. He clearly explained the technicalities and protected our interests with a strategy that felt both thorough and practical. His recognition as a 'Lawyer of the Year' in this niche field is well-deserved. While his expertise is top-tier, communication response times could occasionally be quicker, though the quality of the work never suffered. As a fellow Michigan graduate, I appreciated his local roots and commitment to the community. We felt in very capable hands.
