Proficient but could improve responsiveness

I worked with Mr. Ison on a corporate healthcare acquisition, and he demonstrated a solid grasp of both merger & acquisition law and the healthcare industry. His recognition in these areas was clear in how he structured the deal and advised on regulatory compliance. However, while his legal expertise was evident, communication could be improved. Emails and calls took longer to be returned than I expected, which slowed down the process at times. His explanations were thorough, but I often had to follow up to ensure I fully understood the details. The outcome was positive, and I appreciated his background in both law and music, which made conversations engaging, but timeliness and responsiveness need refinement for a truly seamless experience.
