Competent and experienced, but communication could improve

Mark Fahleson handled a complex employment contract dispute for our small business. His deep experience, evidenced by his recent Lawyer of the Year recognitions, was clear in his strategic advice. He has a firm grasp of Nebraska employment law and provided practical counsel. However, our experience was mixed. While the outcome was ultimately satisfactory, there were periods of slow response to emails, and some legal concepts weren't explained as thoroughly as we'd hoped for the fees involved. For straightforward matters, his three decades of general practice at Rembolt Ludtke are an asset, but set clear expectations on communication timelines from the start.
