Competent but communication could be clearer

The case was resolved favorably. However, there were periods where updates were sparse, and responses to emails took longer than expected. While I never doubted her legal strategy, managing client expectations on timelines and process could be improved. For straightforward insurance litigation, she is a capable attorney, but be prepared to follow up proactively for status reports.
