Competent on the technical side, but communication was a challenge

She provided solid, detailed work on the fund's operating agreement and navigated the regulatory considerations with clear expertise. However, the experience was not without its frustrations. As a client, I often found the communication to be less responsive than I had hoped. There were delays in receiving updates, and getting a clear answer on timelines for document revisions required persistent follow-up on my part. While the final legal product was thorough and I felt my fund was on a solid footing, the process felt more transactional than collaborative. For straightforward, complex fund structuring where you need top-tier technical drafting, she is capable. Just be prepared to manage the client-attorney communication flow very proactively.
