Knowledgeable but communication could be more consistent

Marc Bishop handled the sale of our family-owned manufacturing business. His deep knowledge of closely held company law was evident, and his 22 years of experience provided solid guidance on the complex transaction. We appreciated his straightforward analysis of the UCC implications. However, we sometimes experienced delays in receiving responses to emails, which added stress during time-sensitive negotiations. While his expertise, reflected in his 'Lawyer of the Year' recognitions, is undeniable, our expectations for proactive communication were not fully met. The legal work was competent and the outcome was satisfactory, but the process felt less collaborative than we had hoped for such a significant family milestone.
