Competent on employment contract, but communication was inconsistent

For a straightforward contract review, his legal skill is adequate, but the process felt less collaborative than I had hoped. He successfully navigated the legal complexities, but the client service aspect and proactive communication could be improved to match his technical competence in labour law.
