Competent but communication could be improved

Her education from McGill University and the depth of her firm's resources provided a solid foundation for the case. However, my experience was mixed. While the legal outcome was satisfactory, there were noticeable delays in receiving responses to emails, sometimes taking several business days. This created some anxiety during a stressful period. Additionally, some explanations of the process felt rushed, leaving me to seek clarification on next steps. She is clearly knowledgeable and capable, but the client communication and management of expectations felt just adequate, not exceptional. For straightforward matters, her expertise is reliable, but be prepared to follow up proactively.
