Competent on investment fund structure, communication could improve

Ms. Hashimoto's expertise in investment funds, backed by her recognition in Best Lawyers, was evident when advising on our cross-border fund setup between the US and Japan. She was technically proficient. However, response times were sometimes slower than expected, and explanations of complex legal steps could be more thorough for a client without her deep background. A solid choice for the legal work, but managing client expectations on process could be better.
