Kevin Garrison expertly guided our partnership through a complex commercial property acquisition. His deep knowledge of real estate law and business organizations was evident throughout. He anticipated issues with zoning and the LLC structure we hadn't considered. With 26 years of experience, his advice was both strategic and practical, ensuring a smooth closing. The recognition he's received in real estate litigation is well-deserved. We have complete confidence in his counsel and will absolutely engage him for future transactions.
