Expert Healthcare Transaction Counsel

Brian Hall provided exceptional guidance during our recent acquisition of an ambulatory surgery center. His deep understanding of both the transactional and regulatory landscape in healthcare was immediately apparent. He not only structured the deal effectively but also proactively identified compliance issues we hadn't considered, saving us significant future headaches. His recognition in both Health Care and M&A Law is clearly well-deserved. The one area where our experience could have been slightly better was in communication response times during the final due diligence phase, which occasionally stretched longer than ideal given our tight timeline.
