A formidable advocate during a difficult divorce

I retained Lydia Milone to represent me in a complex, high-conflict divorce after a 22-year marriage. From our first consultation, her deep experience was evident. She has a commanding presence in the courtroom and a sharp strategic mind, which was crucial when dealing with intricate asset division involving a family business and multiple properties. Her three Lawyer of the Year recognitions in Family Law are well-deserved; she knows the Westchester County courts and the opposing counsel intimately, which gave me a significant strategic advantage. Ms. Milone and her team at BodnarMilone LLP were thorough and left no stone unturned. My one note, which prevents a perfect score, is that communication could occasionally lag during non-critical phases. While I understood she was managing other cases, a slightly more consistent update cadence would have eased my anxiety. That said, when it mattered, she was always available and fiercely dedicated. The outcome she secured for me regarding custody and financial settlement was exceptionally strong. I highly recommend her for anyone facing serious matrimonial litigation.
