A formidable litigator who guided us through a complex business dispute

Our company was facing a high-stakes commercial litigation matter involving a former partner, and the situation felt overwhelming. We were referred to Loren Brown at Ciancio Ciancio Brown, and it was the best decision we could have made. From our first consultation, his 22 years of focused litigation experience were evident. He didn't just understand the legal intricacies; he had a clear, strategic vision for navigating the dispute. Loren’s background as a managing shareholder meant he approached our case with both deep legal acumen and sharp business insight. He was meticulous in his preparation and fiercely dedicated, yet always maintained a calm, professional demeanor that instilled confidence. His recognition in commercial litigation is clearly well-earned. Loren successfully negotiated a settlement that protected our interests completely, avoiding a costly and public trial. He is more than an attorney; he is a strategic partner you want in your corner during any serious legal challenge. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
