A consummate professional who delivers exceptional results

Our company faced a high-stakes, multi-faceted legal challenge involving a contested land development project with significant environmental compliance and insurance coverage implications. The complexity was daunting. From our first consultation, Lisa Goodheart’s 40+ years of experience was evident. She possesses a rare ability to synthesize intricate environmental regulations, real estate law, and business strategy into a coherent and powerful litigation position. Her deep knowledge of Boston's regulatory landscape, honed over decades, was invaluable. Lisa and her team at Fitch Law Partners were not just reactive; they anticipated opposing arguments and regulatory hurdles, crafting a proactive strategy that protected our interests at every turn. The recent recognition she has received as a 'Lawyer of the Year' is well-deserved. The outcome was favorable and exceeded our expectations. For any complex matter at the intersection of environment, land use, and business, Lisa is the first and only call you need to make.
