Our company faced a high-stakes, multi-faceted legal challenge involving a contested land development project with significant environmental compliance and insurance coverage implications. The complexity was daunting. From our first consultation, Lisa Goodheart’s 40+ years of experience was evident. She possesses a rare ability to synthesize intricate environmental regulations, real estate law, and business strategy into a coherent and powerful litigation position. Her deep knowledge of Boston's regulatory landscape, honed over decades, was invaluable. Lisa and her team at Fitch Law Partners were not just reactive; they anticipated opposing arguments and regulatory hurdles, crafting a proactive strategy that protected our interests at every turn. The recent recognition she has received as a 'Lawyer of the Year' is well-deserved. The outcome was favorable and exceeded our expectations.
