Lisa Young at JMY Law Group was instrumental in navigating our recent acquisition of a mixed-use property in Kaka'ako. Her dual expertise in real estate law and commercial financing, backed by her MBA, was immediately apparent. We were facing a tight deadline with intricate lender requirements, and Lisa’s extensive experience in asset-based financing was invaluable. She not only structured the transaction efficiently but also anticipated potential title issues that could have derailed the closing. Her recognition in both real estate and banking law is clearly well-deserved. Lisa’s professionalism is matched by her approachability; she explains complex terms in plain English and is always responsive. Thanks to her diligent work, we closed on time and with complete confidence. I highly recommend her for any business or real estate matter in Honolulu.
