Competent IP and advertising work, but communication could improve

Lindsey McDougall at Brownstein Hyatt in Las Vegas handled a complex advertising compliance review for our regional marketing campaign. Her niche expertise in promotional contests and brand management was evident; she efficiently navigated the state and federal regulations we faced. Her recognition in intellectual property law is well-deserved. However, the experience was somewhat mixed. While the legal work was thorough, response times were occasionally slower than expected, and some communications felt a bit perfunctory. For straightforward IP or advertising matters, she is a capable attorney with solid experience. Just be prepared to follow up proactively if you need frequent updates. The final product met our legal needs, but the process itself was merely adequate.
