While her legal work was competent, the overall management of client expectations felt somewhat lacking; fee estimates were provided but not broken down with the clarity I would have preferred for a firm of this caliber. For straightforward legal matters, her expertise is evident, but for clients who prioritize frequent touchpoints and proactive updates, you may need to set very clear communication parameters from the outset.
