Competent and experienced, but communication was inconsistent

Lincoln Combs handled my product liability case involving a defective appliance. His deep experience, particularly his recognition in this field, was evident in his strategic approach. He clearly knows the law and the Arizona courts. However, the process felt somewhat impersonal. There were periods where updates were sparse, and responses to my emails sometimes took several days. While the outcome of my case was ultimately satisfactory, the journey there had moments of frustration regarding accessibility. For straightforward matters, his firm at O'Steen MacLeod Combs is a solid choice, but be prepared to manage your expectations on client communication timelines.
