Capable but communication could be improved

Lewis Bell at Watkins & Eager handled a complex business dispute for my company. His 15 years of experience and recognition in commercial litigation were evident in his strategic approach to the case, which we ultimately settled favorably. He clearly knows Mississippi law inside and out. However, the experience was a bit uneven. While his legal analysis was sharp, communication was sometimes slow, with responses taking several days during critical periods. At times, I felt like just another file on a very full desk of a recognized attorney. For straightforward legal matters in Boston, MS, his general practice expertise is solid, but managing client expectations and accessibility could be better.
