However, the experience felt somewhat transactional. While Lesli is undoubtedly an expert, her communication style was less accessible than I had hoped. There were periods where responses to emails took several days, and updates on case progress often had to be prompted by me. For a firm of this caliber in Atlanta, I expected a more proactive and client-centered communication flow. She is a highly capable attorney who knows her Vanderbilt-honed craft inside and out, but the client service aspect felt just adequate. If you need top-tier legal analysis on a communications matter and can manage the follow-up, she will deliver on the legal front.
